In the customer journey process the store/showroom is invaluable. Presenting and supporting the range of products with the right communication, optimisation of the client experience, indication of prices and promotions… everything needs to be designed consistently based on one brand story.
X2O asked Hit The Moon to redesign their brand story from a clearly defined vision. In line with that vision, the store and all necessary communication tools were combined into a fresh, clean and organized entity. The focal point is the product and its versatility without ambient noise and in the brand’s typical language format.
